1. Payment & Refund Policy
• 100% advance payment is required before the commencement of any service. Work will begin only after full payment is received.
• Payments are strictly non-refundable once the work has started or the service has been delivered, regardless of the outcome.
2. Customer Responsibilities
To create an accurate résumé, the customer must provide:
• Correct personal details (name, phone, email, location)
• Work experience, education, skills, certifications
• Old résumé (if available)
• Target job role or industry
• Timely responses to questions or missing details
Delays from the customer may extend the delivery time.
3. Service Scope
Includes:
• Professional résumé writing
• Formatting, content improvement
• Cover letter (only if purchased)
Does NOT include:
• Job guarantee or interview guarantee
• Unlimited updates after delivery
• Graphic-heavy designs unless included in the package
4. Revisions
• 1 revision is included within 3 days of delivery.
• Revisions cover small corrections only.
• Major changes or new information may cost extra.
5. Delivery Time
• Standard delivery: 2–5 working days after full payment and complete details.
• Timeline may change if information is incomplete.
6. Confidentiality
All customer information is kept private and will not be shared.
Customer is responsible for providing correct and truthful information.
7. No Job Guarantee
The résumé improves presentation, but does not guarantee:
• A job
• Interview calls
• Selection
8. Final Files
• Final résumé is shared in PDF format.
• Editable Word file may be extra unless included in the package.
9. Liability
The service provider is not responsible for:
• Errors caused by incorrect customer information
• Hiring decisions made by companies
• Delays caused by slow customer responses
10. Agreement
By making the payment, the customer accepts all Terms & Conditions.
